Are you a visual storyteller? We’re looking for a Commercial & Promotions Producer who lives for the “hook” and knows how to create connections. You’re the secret weapon—crafting high-impact, multi-platform campaigns for a local client and assisting with marketing for our TV, radio, and digital platforms. No two days are the same. You’ll jump from station promotion to commercial production, keeping your creative skills sharp. You’ll see your work helping local businesses grow in Illinois, Missouri, and Iowa. Work with the Sales Department and commercial clients Script writing, videography, and post-production with Adobe Creative Suite Help with daily promotion scheduling and log management Work with the Marketing Manager in writing, shooting, and editing image campaigns, promotions for station projects and events Work on projects with other departments as needed Be able to work well with a team (teamwork required) Qualifications / Requirements
Must have at least one year of video production experience (may include college projects) Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Audition, and Illustrator Must be self-motivated and a visual storyteller, able to produce station promotions and commercials—including writing scripts, shooting, editing, and producing graphics Drone experience and certification a plus Ability to make fast, accurate judgments Must have/maintain a valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record to go to client sites for commercial production Job requires manual dexterity and physical agility to move quickly and lift equipment weighing up to 50 lb Application
