Responsibilities:

Design with Purpose: Develop a wide range of customer communications, including clear instructions, informative updates, and engaging content, ensuring they are visually engaging and aligned with brand objectives for both digital and print channels.

Collaborate Effectively: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, strategists, and marketing partners, to develop and execute integrated campaigns that meet business goals and customer needs.

Champion Clarity: Translate complex information into simple, accessible visual language, ensuring customers feel confident and well-informed across all mediums.

Embrace Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and a proactive approach to evolving situations, adjusting approach to accommodate changing strategies, timelines, and feedback. Find creative ways to apply design skills within established templates and systems.

Lead with Initiative: Take ownership of projects, managing timelines, navigating processes, and proactively seeking solutions under the guidance of a manager. Eventually, operate with increasing autonomy.

Follow Brand Guidelines: Demonstrate a strong understanding of brand visual identity, design standards, and messaging guidelines, including the underlying values, characteristics, and strategies that inform them. Make informed decisions when applying standards from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy across all communications.

Make Smart Choices: Leverage past experience and a strong sense of customer intuition to make informed decisions that prioritize clarity and ease of understanding.

Deliver Excellence: Produce high-quality work with meticulous attention to detail, meeting deadlines consistently.

Value Feedback: Actively listen to and incorporate feedback to continuously improve the effectiveness of communications.

Communicate Your Vision: Clearly articulate and present work and rationale to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience and a strong portfolio; or military experience.

At least 4 years of experience developing creative for digital and traditional marketing channels

At least 2 years experience designing for web, mobile, and social platforms.

Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)

Basic understanding of UX principles

Basic understanding of print production and printer specifications

Preferred Qualifications:

6 years experience developing creative for digital and traditional marketing channels

4 years experience designing for web, mobile and social.
