Position Overview
State Farm Insurance Agent located in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their team. As a State Farm team member for Pam Johnson - State Farm Agent, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance.
Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Benefits
Hourly pay plus commission/bonus
Requirements
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams
People-oriented
Self-motivated
Able to learn computer functions
Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer

Our office is open M-F: 8:30am-5:00pm; Sat: 9:00am-noon.
I have been a State Farm agent since 2000.
I am a proud graduate of University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em!.
We currently have 5 team members at our agency.
We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: President's Club, Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Senior Vice President's Club, and Silver Scroll
