Position Overview We are looking for a
Business Development Specialist
to join our U.S. logistics and sales operations in
Michigan . This is an
on-site position (no remote work option) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key customers in a dynamic and global environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in
Engineering (preferred) , Business Administration, or a related field,
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development and/or sales,
Preferably experienced in fasteners, automotive, or metal industry,
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,
Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities,
Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional, global environment,
Proficiency in MS Office.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and build a strong customer pipeline,
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to support growth strategies,
Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers,
Perform regular customer visits and represent the company in a professional manner,
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and manage contract processes,
Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, supply chain) to ensure customer satisfaction,
Monitor competitors and provide insights to support strategic decision-making,
Achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned region.
