Salesforce Business Analyst – Healthcare
Location: Utah, UT
Duration: 14 months + extension
Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE)
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Analyst to join our team in building a clinically integrated Care Management platform using Salesforce Health Cloud. In this high‑impact role, you will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating complex healthcare workflows into scalable solutions. Your day will involve crafting user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide development teams, while actively supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user acceptance testing sessions. You’ll manage dependencies across internal and external teams, contribute to change management and training initiatives to ensure successful platform adoption, and continuously evaluate performance to recommend enhancements that improve health outcomes and accelerate interoperability.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare or digital health
Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Rally, Jira, or Azure DevOps
Ability to interpret data models, APIs, and system integrations
Proficiency in creating wireframes, process maps, and documentation using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Health Cloud Consultant)
Experience in Care Management, Population Health, or Value‑Based Care programs
Background in clinical operations, nursing, or public health is a plus
