Our client, the hydraulic repair and manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inside Sales Customer Service Rep to join their team. As an Inside Sales Customer Service Rep, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting the Sales and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and strong organizational abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $23-25/hr., depending on experience

What's the Job?
Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email
Prepare and follow up on quotes for hydraulic repair, remanufactured units, and replacement components
Work closely with the Servo Lab and Shop team to confirm technical feasibility, pricing, and lead times
Review technicians' recommendations to accurately communicate repair options to customers
Process customer purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documentation
What's Needed?
Previous inside sales experience, preferably in hydraulic repair, industrial equipment, or aftermarket services
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical repair information
Proficiency with QuickBooks & Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
