Job Description
We are seeking an experienced NCR Aloha POS Administrator to support a Dallas-based restaurant technology team focused on international stores and franchise partners. This role will own the full Aloha POS lifecycle-from new store openings through ongoing maintenance, enhancements, testing, and production support.
The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on Aloha expertise combined with the business acumen to partner directly with franchise owners and regional stakeholders across multiple global markets.
Key Responsibilities
-Serve as the primary administrator for NCR Aloha POS, supporting configuration, implementation, testing, and ongoing support across international locations
-Own the full POS lifecycle, including new store openings, menu builds, rollouts, upgrades, enhancements, and steady-state operations
-Configure and maintain menus, pricing, taxes, tenders, promotions, job codes, and reporting within Aloha
-Support and troubleshoot Aloha integrations with third-party systems (payments, online ordering, loyalty, delivery, back-office, etc.)
-Partner closely with franchise owners and regional business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into technical solutions
-Support UAT, regression testing, and production issue resolution across multiple time zones
-Document configurations, processes, and best practices to support scalability and consistency

Skills and Requirements
-4+ years of hands-on experience as an NCR Aloha POS Administrator
-Strong experience across Aloha configuration, implementation, testing, and support
-Proven knowledge of Aloha integrations and third-party system dependencies
-Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant or retail environments, ideally franchise-based
-Ability to partner with non-technical stakeholders and communicate clearly across regions and cultures
-Strong troubleshooting skills and comfort operating in fast-paced, operationally critical environments -Experience supporting international or global restaurant operations
-Exposure to franchise-led operating models
-Familiarity with payment processing, EMV, and compliance considerations
-Experience working with vendors and system integrators
