We are currently hiring a Corporate Tax Experienced Senior Associate for a leading public accounting firm based in Dallas, TX. This is a hybrid opportunity (3 days onsite) offering the chance to work on complex corporate tax engagements within a collaborative and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review ASC 740 tax provisions Support corporate tax compliance and consulting engagements Assist with tax planning and advisory for corporate clients Collaborate with audit and tax teams to ensure accurate reporting Support tax provision preparation, review, and audit processes Required Qualifications
24 years of corporate tax experience Strong experience with ASC 740 tax provision (preparation, review, and audit) Background in corporate tax compliance and consulting CPA preferred or CPA eligible Recent experience working with a Top 20 public accounting firm Bachelor's degree in Accounting Bonus: Performance-based bonus eligibility If you're interested in learning more about this opportunity, please apply or reach out directly.
