We're searching for a talented and driven Marketing Intern to join our team! Your Day-to-Day: Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials including presentations, brochures, service and project information sheets, and company introductory letters Manage social media outreach by creating and delivering content, and optimizing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Vimeo Develop and maintain CRM databases, ensuring they are updated regularly Research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies Develop and optimize the quarterly company newsletter Perform website maintenance as needed Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing campaigns for trade shows and events Create pre-show and post-show communications targeting potential customers Coordinate logistics for trade show booth setup and dismantle, including labor, electrical, rigging, furniture, shipping, and material handling orders Arrange sales team travel, hotel accommodations, meetings, and customer entertainment Manage collateral inventory and fulfillment orders Support daily sales team operations to ensure smooth workflow Track marketing expenses and manage budget compliance What You'll Bring to the Table: Rising junior or senior majoring in Marketing, Public Relations, Advertising, Communications, or a related program Proven ability to manage multiple projects and details simultaneously Self-motivated with tact, diplomacy, and a professional, courteous manner when interacting with the public Strong oral communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams High energy level and a good sense of humor Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google AdWords is a plus Why You'll Love Being Here: Positive, team-focused work environment with a collaborative office space, casual dress code, and onsite gym with fitness classes Industry-leading stability with over 40 years of experience and opportunities to grow your career through training and advancement Fun extras like our fully stocked Rogers Caf, employee referral bonuses, and other exceptional perks Let's Build the Future Together: If you're ready to take your skills to new heights, we want to hear from you!
