Community hospital looking to bring on Pharmacy Director! Sign On Bonus! Full Relocation!
- Hospital experience is a MUST
- Position reports to the CEO
- Serves on the Leadership Team
- This is a working Director position, responsible for working as a Pharmacist and leading and directing the team
- Hours for the Director are M-F 8:30am – 5pm
- Pharmacy Hours are as follows
- 8am – 7pm M-F
- 10am – 4pm Saturdays
- FT Pharmacist or PRN Pharmacist handles the on-call – director can participate if they would like
- Pharmacist have remote access
- 3 direct reports: 1 FT Pharmacist, 1 PT Pharmacist and 1 PT Tech
- Pyxis is the medical dispense system we use
- Looking for someone that can help reset the department and rebuild the culture
Qualifications
- Current ID pharmacy license
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited pharmacy school
- Doctorate in Pharmacy preferred
- Ability to reset the department and rebuild the culture
