Maslow Media Group is partnering with an innovative sports brand rapidly growing and looking to hire a Video Producer / Shooter-Editor who can capture the energy of modern sports culture and translate it into trendy and compelling digital content. This role will be onsite in Rockville, MD.

This is a creative role for someone who thrives both behind the camera and in the edit bay. If you're equally comfortable shooting fast-paced sports action, lighting interviews, capturing clean audio, and crafting dynamic edits that engage millions of fans, this role is for you.

You'll produce everything from professional tournament coverage and athlete features to product campaigns, podcasts, and social-first content seen by fans around the world.

What You'll Be Creating
  • You'll produce a wide variety of eye-catching content, including
    • Professional sports tournament coverage
    • Athlete and celebrity interviews
    • Product launches, Global brand, and marketing campaigns
    • Scroll stopping social-first video content for digital platforms
    • Podcast and studio-based productions
    • Event coverage and behind-the-scenes storytelling
What You'll Do
  • End-to-End Video Production
    • Plan shoots, scout locations, and prepare production gear
    • Execute productions from setup through final delivery
    • Editing & Post-Production
    • Manage media workflows and project timelines
  • Videography
    • Capture dynamic/modern sports, trending lifestyle, and interview content
    • Operate cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio equipment
    • Shoot professional sporting events, athlete features, and brand campaigns
    • Transform raw footage into polished, high-impact content
    • Edit video for social, digital, web, broadcast, and marketing campaigns
    • Incorporate music, sound design, motion graphics, and color grading
    • Deliver platform-optimized captivating content across multiple channels
  • Creative Collaboration
    • Partner with marketing, brand, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
    • Contribute creative ideas and visual storytelling concepts
    • Conduct interviews with athletes, partners, and influencers when needed
What You Bring
  • Understanding and passion for modern sports culture/trends
  • Creative mind to execute trendy/modern editing styles
  • Experience as a Video Producer, Shooter-Editor, or Videographer
  • Strong ability to shoot sports, lifestyle, branded, or documentary content
  • Comfort managing camera operation, lighting setups, and professional audio
  • Production Experience
  • Branded typography, sound design, social first storytelling.
Editing Expertise

Experience with:

Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
Adobe After Effects
Experience with motion graphics, color grading, and audio mixing is a plus.

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of cameras, lenses, lighting kits, and microphones
Ability to manage media workflows, file organization, and delivery specs

Storytelling Instinct

Strong sense of pacing, emotion, and visual storytelling
Ability to transform raw footage into engaging digital content

Professional Traits

Salary Range: $120k - $150k
