Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing film campaign strategies and implement comprehensive execution plans.
  • Maintain detailed media summaries for internal teams, executives, and filmmakers.
  • Oversee insertion orders (IOs) and manage the invoicing process.
  • Contribute to the development of deck presentations for various stakeholders.
  • Organize and track key deadlines and dates to support different marketing teams.
  • Ensure accuracy in plan development by cross-referencing and updating information and documents.
  • Help manage creative rotation strategies by tracking the creative pipeline for both linear and digital assets.
  • Provide support to senior team members across various disciplines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant non-internship marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation and the use of macros, charts, and pivot tables.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with a major brand or entertainment company in project or production management.
  • Background in entertainment and/or film marketing.

The base salary for this position ranges from $70,400.00 to $103,400.00 USD annually, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
