Medical Writer — Publications Team

We are seeking a skilled Medical Writer to join our dynamic Publications team. In this role, you will craft high‑quality scientific documents that communicate clinical and real‑world evidence to healthcare professionals and the broader medical community — ultimately helping to advance patient care.

About the Role

As a Medical Writer, you will play a key role in developing clear, accurate, and impactful scientific communications. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional experts and external authors to ensure that complex data is translated into compelling, publication‑ready content.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and edit manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and oral presentations for submission to peer‑reviewed journals and scientific congresses

• Develop and execute publication plans aligned with medical strategy and Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across HEOR, Medical Affairs, Therapeutics, and Regulatory, as well as external authors and key opinion leaders

• Manage timelines, review cycles, and submission processes for journals and congresses

• Interpret and accurately represent clinical data, study outcomes, and statistical analyses

• Ensure all documents comply with ICMJE authorship criteria, industry standards, and internal SOPs

What We’re Looking For

• Strong scientific writing and editing skills

• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, engaging narratives

• Experience with publication planning and scientific communication

• Familiarity with GPP, ICMJE, and standard publication processes

• Excellent project management and stakeholder‑collaboration abilities
