Produce compelling, creative and high quality sports broadcast and digital content for Nebraska Public Media! Be part of an award-winning team as a producer of live high school & collegiate sports from one of our two remote trucks as well as live studio productions and series. Produce non-sports content in other genres which may include history, arts, health, and science. Strong writing and original storytelling skills are vital to this position.

Minimum Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in journalism, broadcasting, communications or related field and one (1) year of experience producing or directing studio/remote multi-camera productions and/or EFP segments required; equivalency considered.
- Additional years of relevant experience or completed relevant education may substitute for required education/experience on a year-for-year basis.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills.
- Single camera and field production shooting and AVID or Final Cut editing expertise.
- Multi-camera, studio, or remote directing and editing expertise.
- Practical experience with Adobe Photoshop, after-effects graphics, switching, sports productions, and new media production.
- Library, archive and general research skills and familiarity with print, motion picture/video and photographic materials.
