Director Global Innovation & Portfolio Integration

Job Description

The Director, Global Innovation & Innovation Portfolio Integration has two core responsibilities: leads the execution of Ferrero’s global innovation agenda in the US market & serves as a key integrator of the full ice cream portfolio to ensure consistent communication and alignment with key stakeholders.

Lead Global Innovation Portfolio

• Ensure alignment between global innovation strategy and regional commercial priorities.
• Oversee the development and execution of the global innovation pipeline in the US market.
• Lead and develop two Senior Brand Managers responsible for global innovation initiatives.

Innovation Portfolio Integration

• Synthesize innovation pipeline strategies and commercialization updates for key stakeholders like senior leaders & key customer meetings.
• Ensure innovation priorities, timelines, and business cases are clearly communicated to cross‑functional partners.
• Lead and develop Senior Associate Brand Manager to ensure effective documentation & consistent reporting of long‑term pipeline sufficiency & readiness.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in brand management, innovation, or marketing leadership.
• Knowledge – Consumer packaged goods.
• Skills – Proven experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives. Strong leadership and people management capabilities. Experience working with global or multi‑market teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Abilities – Ability to synthesize complex information into clear strategic insights.

The base pay range for this position is $159,753 to $223,654 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job‑related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
