Position


The Director of Corporate Strategy & Market Intelligence plays a critical leadership role in shaping, supporting, and executing the enterprise strategic agenda. Working closely with the strategy leader and executive leadership, the Director helps evaluate growth opportunities, lead cross‑functional initiative planning efforts, provides strategic market insights, and analytical rigor. The ideal candidate brings a strong strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to influence at all levels of the organization.


Responsibilities



  • Support the enterprise strategic planning process, including annual strategy cycles, multi‑year roadmaps, and executive planning workshops.

  • Conduct market, competitive, financial, and operational analysis to support strategic recommendations.

  • Evaluate potential growth opportunities, partnerships, business cases, and future‑state scenarios.

  • Build and maintain market size models to inform strategic priorities and decision‑making.

  • Translate enterprise priorities into measurable initiatives with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics.

  • Track, monitor, and report progress of strategic initiatives to the C‑suite, identifying risks and mitigation plans.

  • Prepare high‑quality executive materials including board presentations, strategy documents, and briefing memos.

  • Facilitate cross‑functional working groups and problem‑solving sessions.

  • Ensure consistent communication of strategic priorities throughout the organization.


Qualifications


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, or other related field and eight (8) or more years experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or strategic operations in a pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.


MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.

Working Conditions


This role may involve working in a controlled cleanroom environment, general office setting, or specific manufacturing areas. Conditions may include:



  • Exposure to varying temperatures, both indoors (heated/air‑conditioned spaces) and outdoors

  • Noise levels range from quiet to loud, depending on the work area

  • Specific vision abilities, including near vision, visual acuity, and color discrimination


Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)


PPE is required and may include:



  • Respirators, gloves, safety glasses, and full protective clothing

  • Compliance with cleanroom gowning protocols (e.g., removal of all jewelry, including piercings)

  • Prohibition of cosmetics, fragrances (perfume, aftershave), and nail products, including polish, artificial nails, or extensions


As a radiopharmaceutical manufacturing site , radiation may be present in the laboratory and production areas. Employees in this role may be required to:



  • Follow strict radiation safety procedures

  • Participate in dosimetry monitoring and bioassay testing as part of the company protocol

  • Inform leadership of any health conditions that may affect product integrity, by cleanroom standards
