We are retained by a rapidly scaling industrial services company entering a critical growth phase.

This is NOT a maintenance role.

This is a build-and-accelerate mandate.

We are identifying a President who can drive aggressive revenue growth, align sales and field execution, and help scale the business over the next 24 months.

If you have led expansion in industrial, environmental, or construction-driven service businesses, this is worth a conversation.

The Opportunity

The President will serve as the senior operating executive and right hand to the CEO.

This leader will:

  • Own revenue growth strategy
  • Drive disciplined sales execution
  • Expand into new revenue streams
  • Align operations with commercial expansion
  • Reduce CEO span of control while elevating accountability

The mandate is clear: scale the platform.

Core markets include:

  • Dewatering
  • Potable Water
  • Dredging
  • Pipe and Tank Cleaning
  • Environmental and Industrial Services

What Success Looks Like

  • Build and execute a 24-month expansion strategy
  • Identify new markets, verticals, and service lines
  • Drive measurable revenue growth
  • Direct oversight of the sales organization
  • Implement KPIs, quota structure, forecasting discipline
  • Improve close rates and long-cycle pursuit strategy
  • Build a performance-driven culture

Operational Alignment

  • Executive oversight of field operations leadership
  • Align sales commitments with operational capacity
  • Improve cross-functional execution

Executive Integration

  • Serve as central leadership bridge between CEO and organization
  • Lead leadership meetings and strategic alignment
  • Elevate accountability across departments

This is a President who operates at both altitude and ground level.

The Profile

We are targeting a senior executive with:

  • 12+ years progressive leadership experience
  • 5+ years in a C-Suite, VP, GM, or Senior operating role
  • Background in industrial services, environmental services, construction services, or project-driven field operations
  • Proven revenue growth and business development success
  • Experience building and managing structured sales teams
  • P&L ownership
  • Deep understanding of service-based, project-driven business models

Preferred experience includes:

  • Dewatering, potable water, wastewater, dredging, pipe cleaning, environmental or industrial services.

This is a hands-on operator with strategic horsepower.
