Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Lead Generation Executive with 1–2 years of experience in a sales role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through webinars, marketing campaigns, and outbound sales activities to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns including webinars, email campaigns, and digital outreach.
- Identify and qualify potential prospects through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
- Coordinate and manage webinar registrations, follow-ups, and attendee engagement.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information and activity tracking.
- Track campaign performance metrics and provide regular reports on lead generation effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Experience in managing webinars and marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
