Campus Production Director New Campus

Description

Objective: To create a distraction‑free worship environment where all people can discover and deepen a relationship with Jesus Christ.

• Work with the worship gatherings team and campus team to plan and execute weekly worship services and big momentum events with excellence.
• Responsible for recruiting, training and maintaining serve staff team.
• Maintain Planning Center Online service plans and schedules.
• Communicate vision for the upcoming weekend experience to serve staff.
• Program lighting and media content for weekend services.
• Rehearse necessary elements of service to ensure a distraction‑free experience.
• Coordinate with campus team members on service elements and transitions.
• Execute high quality, distraction‑free worship services with serve staff team.
• Find areas for improvement in programming and execution of services and events.
• Identify, troubleshoot and solve technical issues that may occur.
• Maintain production team equipment and software.
• Attend and contribute to central, campus and one‑on‑one meetings.
• Disciple and lead the student serve staff team, encouraging growth both spiritually and in their serve staff roles.
• Other duties as needed.

• Proficient in live production, with working knowledge of audio, video and lighting hardware and software.
• Familiar with Planning Center Online.
• Working knowledge of macOS.

Education and Experience: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in team leadership, live production, audio, video and lighting.
