Compensation: $90,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience

We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized Head of Operations to oversee daily operations and support continued growth and excellence across both locations.
Position Overview
The Head of Operations / Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to the Owner, managing business operations across both locations to ensure efficiency, consistency, and financial health. This individual will lead the med spa teams, direct scheduling and staffing, maintain financial oversight, and streamline administrative processes. The ideal candidate blends operational expertise with leadership acumen, helping KDR scale sustainably while preserving its client-centered culture.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Oversee day-to-day operations of both Boston and Newton locations
• Create and maintain employee schedules and ensure appropriate staff coverage
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
• Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Financial Oversight & Business Performance
• Oversee organizational financial performance, including monthly review of Profit and Loss statements and revenue analysis across service lines
• Manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and cost controls to ensure profitability and sustainable growth
• Supervise payroll processing and maintain compliance with Massachusetts labor laws and employment regulations
• Maintain accurate financial and employee documentation in coordination with accounting and legal partners
• Monitor provider productivity, labor allocation, and operational expenses to optimize margins
