Graham Technologies is seeking a Graphic Designer / Visualization Specialist to provide advanced graphic design, data visualization, and web-based content support in a high-security, mission-driven environment. The selected candidate will develop professional visual products, dashboards, and digital platforms that enhance organizational communications, improve information delivery, and support data-driven decision-making across enterprise stakeholders.

The role requires the ability to translate complex technical and business information into clear, compelling visual formats while ensuring compliance with organizational branding, usability, and accessibility standards. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain modern, user-centric digital solutions, including SharePoint-based platforms and data visualization tools.

Location: Springfield, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain SharePoint/web platforms and visual content
• Develop dashboards, infographics, charts, and reports
• Translate technical data into clear visual formats
• Ensure compliance with branding and UI/UX standards
• Develop automated visualization tools and web-based solutions

Required Skills:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 8 years total experience
  • At least 6 years' specialized experience in graphic design, visualization, or digital media
• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, IT, or related field
• Clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
• Skills:
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • SharePoint/web content management
  • Strong visual design and communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience:
  • 8-10+ years supporting DoD / IC / Federal programs
• Education:
  • Master's degree or advanced certifications
• Clearance:
  • TS/SCI with CI Polygraph
• Certifications / Tools:
  • Adobe Certified Professional
  • Power BI / Tableau
  • UX/UI or web design certifications
