Senior Business Analyst
A Senior Business Analyst, who will join the FIC Global Spread Products eTrading technology team. You will be responsible for facing the desk and being a key bridge between the trading desk and the technology team. You will work with various Spread trading desks, with a focus on the Credit trading and the Credit systematic trading desks. You will be a key resource that the trading desks can lean on, to help them understand and configure the eTrading platform, based on their trading needs. You would become a trusted partner to the desk, to help guide them in the journey as we, the technology team, build new strategic deliveries. Drive and lead business user engagement for various Spread Product Desks Create Documentation for business user requirements. Translate business use requirements to technical documents for implementation. FIX spec analysis, when applicable Participate in Post development QA and Post Release PIV; participate in Scrum and Project management for deliverables across Spread products desk Create business workflow diagram; creates and maintains JIRAs - Dashboards, Epics and details in the JIRA Work with tech PM to create the weekly status reports; send out release notes and manages communication with all stakeholders on releases. The expected salary range for the above position is $135,000 - $225,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
