Customer Service Representative (CSR) Lead

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the customer service team while ensuring high standards of productivity, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This position serves as a working lead, providing guidance, training, and support to CSR staff while maintaining individual performance expectations. The CSR Lead acts as the primary escalation point for complex client issues, supports management in monitoring quality and operational performance, and is responsible for preparing and submitting multiple time sensitive operational and compliance reports. Qualifications

Minimum:

CSR 2: High school diploma/GED and two (2) years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting; or one (1) year of experience required at the lower level Customer Svc Rep 1 (GST120) or position equivalent CSR 3: High school diploma/GED and three (3) years of experience communicating information in a customer service setting; or two (2) years of experience required at the lower level Customer Svc Rep 2 (GST121). Preferred:

At least 1 year of experience working in a GNR Public Health Clinic setting providing CSR support At least 1 year of experience managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing competing demands At least 1 year of experience working with/in Microsoft Office (Proficiency in Excel) At least 1 year working in/with VHN At least 1 year providing insurance verification, billing processes, and patient intake procedures.
