Overview

We are looking for a

SharePoint & Automation Specialist

to support an enterprise

SharePoint Online migration and content optimization initiative . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with business users, organizing content at scale, and introducing light automation to improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Support migration of SharePoint content between environments Organize, review, and optimize large volumes of intranet content Assist users with modern SharePoint pages, libraries, lists, and permissions Implement basic automation for repeatable tasks and workflows Ensure appropriate access, structure, and content governance Collaborate with internal stakeholders and subjectmatter experts Required Qualifications

Strong experience with SharePoint Online (sites, libraries, lists, pages) Knowledge of SharePoint permissions and access management Experience supporting end users and troubleshooting content/access issues Familiarity with Power Automate for basic workflows Experience with PnP PowerShell or similar tools for bulk updates Clear communication skills when working with nontechnical users Nice to Have

Experience with SharePoint site templates or standardized site designs Light scripting experience (PowerShell, Python) Experience supporting content governance or enterprise intranets What Success Looks Like
