About the Role

We are seeking a

Product Owner I/II

to join the Customer Service Experience & Enablement Portfolio. This role will

lead a dedicated squad focused on building and enhancing a mobile application

that supports the Frontier UIP product modernization initiative. Candidates must have hands-on experience working with

front-end UI products and mobile app development teams .

As part of the Frontier program, you will help define and drive customer experience improvements and shape the future service domain.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Vision Alignment

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and refine product vision aligned with organizational goals. Communicate product and portfolio vision to your squad and cross-functional teams. Participate in portfolio-level visioning discussions. Backlog Ownership & Prioritization

Fully own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. Develop and ensure clear, actionable user stories. Set priorities for sprint and quarterly planning cycles. Delivery Leadership

Partner with the squad to define and track product-level KPIs. Participate in sprint ceremonies (demos, retros, planning). Resolve issues quickly to maintain execution momentum. Collaborate across technology, architects, and business partners. Stakeholder Management

Update stakeholders on delivery timelines, capabilities, and feature progress. Negotiate priorities across internal and external teams/squads. Product Health & Analysis

Monitor and maintain long-term product sustainability. Analyze feasibility, cost of delay, ROI, and impacts of product changes. Understand regulatory and compliance constraints affecting product delivery. Customer-Centric Design

Lead customer-driven design (CDD) and usability testing activities. Ensure the product aligns with market and industry trends. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. 3-5 years of experience working directly with Agile teams. 7+ years combined experience in business, technology, or consulting. Strong ability to articulate and present complex ideas to varied audiences. Excellent leadership and stakeholder influencing skills. Ability to make fast, sound decisions in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated problem-solving and team leadership abilities. Experience in insurance industry

highly preferred . Understanding of relevant product portfolios is a plus. Experimental, innovation-driven mindset.
