Service Bdc Representative
Service BDC Representatives are responsible for getting service appointments booked via incoming customer inquiries. This role requires being proficient with phone systems, computer CRM, and other software systems. This role is a fast paced position where you will be compensated for the results of your work. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a sales/quota based role and a track record of successfully achieving your goals. Responsibilities include answering customer calls and establishing follow-ups with service appointments, responding quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates, providing customers with initial product information and directing them to the appropriate dealership resources, presenting initial financing options based on customer needs, following up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show, participating in team and process development sessions
keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management, and utilizing CRM tracking system daily. Qualifications include at least one previous role based in customer service experience, excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve, prompt and courteous demeanor, positive and hardworking personality, strong computer skills, and valid driver's license.
