Paid Social Junior Account Manager (Hybrid Position, NOT remote)

Hoffman Estates, IL – Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays In Office, Wednesdays and Fridays Remote

Salary Range: $55,000 to $70,000 depending on experience (Must have at least 5 years of marketing experience to be considered)

Job Summary:

As a Junior Paid Social Account Manager at JumpFly, you will be responsible for all aspects of client relationships, serving as the direct contact for assigned clients. You will assist senior account managers and ensure that client issues, concerns, and changes are addressed promptly. Your daily activities will include new client evaluations and setup, ongoing campaign and creative strategy, budget management, strategic account analysis, account optimizations, staying updated on industry trends, reporting, and more.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years of Marketing experience to be considered

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field

Experience in client-facing roles in Marketing, Advertising, or Business

Proficiency with social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn)

Knowledge of Google Analytics

Exceptional grammar and writing skills

Strong sense of creativity, humor, and ability to think outside the box

Analytical mindset

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to thrive in a collaborative work setting

High attention to detail and efficiency

Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work well under pressureProficiency with online communication platforms (Google Hangouts, Google Meet, Basecamp, Asana, Slack)

Duties/Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

Organize, plan, strategize, and implement advertising campaigns and creative across social media platforms.

Develop effective and creative ad copy that aligns with client branding.

Optimize existing advertising campaigns to enhance performance.

Analyze performance trends to inform strategy and improvements.

Client Communication:

Prepare and present performance reports for clients.

Maintain regular communication with clients via email and phone.

Onboard new clients and ensure they are informed about best practices.

Team Collaboration:

Assist senior account managers with their accounts, assignments, and client deliverables.

Collaborate with other managers on co-managed accounts and participate in team meetings.

Lead specialists if assigned and help prioritize tasks.

Develop training frameworks for new-hires.

Administrative Tasks:

Organize and update administrative materials.

Occasionally audit prospective clients and prepare pitch decks.

Provide copy editing and proofreading support.

Industry Awareness:

Stay informed about changes in the social media industry and keep clients updated on best practices.

Utilize and adapt to evolving A.I. tools (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI, VEO3, etc) to enhance campaign strategy, creative development, client communications and workflow efficiency.

Meta Blueprint Certification
