The Customer Service Clerk
Inbound & Outbound is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting daily inbound and outbound shipment activities while providing accurate and timely customer service. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth freight movement and documentation accuracy. Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred 1+ year of customer service experience (logistics, warehouse, or transportation preferred) Experience with inbound and outbound freight coordination a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/transportation systems Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required Base Pay: 14.00 per HOUR Job Number: 1284693 Employee Type: Temp
