As a Catheter Builder, you'll work inside an ISO 1000 cleanroom, assembling advanced medical devices under a microscope and partnering with engineering teams to bring life-saving technology to patients worldwide. What You'll Do Perform microscope-based hand assembly of catheter shafts and micro-subassemblies Solder ultra-small components (SMD 01005) onto circuits, stents, and catheter systems Use tweezers, micro-tools, and precision instruments for delicate builds Assemble and solder micro-electronics, capacitors, and miniature circuit boards Collaborate with engineering and operations to support builds and resolve issues Follow strict cleanroom, ESD, and quality protocols to maintain compliance Required Skills & Experience Catheter assembly experience (MUST) 1+ year cleanroom experience (preferred) 1+ year microscope assembly experience (preferred) 1+ year soldering experience Ability to read and understand English instructions and documentation Top Candidate Profile Cleanroom soldering experience IPC soldering certification Excellent fine-motor skills and steady hands Strong communication and teamwork abilities Why This Role Stands Out Clear pathway to R&D and advanced technical roles Hands-on experience with cutting-edge medical device manufacturing Paid advancement opportunities as you grow your skill set Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $21.00$24.00/hr Eligible employees may access: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Critical Illness, Accident, and Hospital plans 401(k) with pre-tax and Roth options Voluntary Life & AD&D Short- and long-term disability HSA, transportation benefits Employee Assistance Program PTO, vacation, or sick leave (eligibility varies) Workplace Type This is a fully onsite role in Burnsville, MN.
