The Rooms Executive is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Front Office, Housekeeping operations, Bell Services, and hotel-level engineering coordination at The Equestrian Hotel, while supporting Spa operations in partnership with the Director of Spa. This role delivers an exceptional guest experience through strong operational leadership, service excellence, attention to detail, and cross-functional alignment. The Rooms Executive also supports the financial performance of the Rooms operation through labor management, productivity oversight, expense control, and operational reporting, while working closely with key hotel partners to maintain service standards, support the overall guest experience, and identify opportunities to enhance revenue through upgrades and curated WEC experiences.

Primary Responsibilities Oversee Front Office operations, including rooms control, room inventory coordination, arrival and departure experience, and overall guest service execution. Oversee Housekeeping and Bell Services operations. Support Spa operations in partnership with the Director of Spa to ensure alignment in service delivery and guest experience. Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and support to the Front Desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager, Bell Services team, and engineering leadership assigned to the hotel. Ensure strong coordination with engineering leadership to support guestroom readiness, defect resolution, preventative maintenance, physical product standards, and timely follow-through across the hotel. Collaborate closely with lodging leadership across all lodging assets to foster teamwork, support one another, maintain operational consistency, and ensure an exceptional guest and team member experience. Maintain a strong presence throughout the hotel, especially in guest-facing areas, to support the team, engage with guests, and ensure service standards are maintained. Ensure guest rooms, public areas, and arrival and departure experiences consistently meet hotel standards for cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and service. Respond to guest concerns and lead timely and effective service recovery. Partner closely with the Complex Director of Housekeeping to support cleanliness standards, room readiness, productivity, and service execution. Collaborate with leaders of hotel food and beverage and hotel retail outlets, as well as other departments, to coordinate VIP arrivals, amenities, special requests, and overall guest satisfaction. Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to support the development and execution of upgrade opportunities, room enhancement initiatives, and WEC experience offerings that elevate the guest stay and contribute to hotel revenue. Serve as the primary point person for WEC Experiences at The Equestrian Hotel, including coordination, execution, communication, and alignment with the overall guest journey. Monitor staffing levels, scheduling efficiency, labor productivity, and departmental performance based on business demands. Support financial performance by managing labor costs, monitoring supply and operating expenses, and maintaining awareness of departmental budgets and productivity targets. Assist the Director of Lodging Operations with forecasting, monthly reporting, and operational planning. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, service standards, safety expectations, and operational procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty on a rotating basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Qualifications Hotel management experience in Rooms operations required. Strong experience in Front Office and Housekeeping leadership required. Luxury or resort experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of hotel systems and standard business software. Understanding labor management, forecasting, and expense control. Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to move through guest floors, lobby, spa, and operational areas regularly. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
