Customer service rep

Randstad has partnered with an organization in North Andover to assist with filling a temporary Customer Service opportunity. This role will process orders, enter inbound receipts, and generate reports. The ideal candidate will have a few years of customer service experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with excellent communication, organization, and detail oriented skills. This is a temporary opportunity anticipated to go through mid May, but could have potential to extend.
salary: $20 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM education: High School
Responsibilities
Oversee assigned customer accounts by processing inbound receipts, reconciling monthly inventory, and performing cycle counts to ensure location accuracy. Execute all outbound shipments within the Inventory Management System, including the creation of Bills of Lading and invoice statements. Schedule delivery appointments, arrange pick-up requests, and provide all necessary shipping documentation and proofs of delivery to customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-volume inquiries, proactively troubleshooting shipment issues and resolving delivery problems for both clients and warehouse staff. Collaborate closely with warehouse personnel and clients to facilitate smooth operations, ensuring all data entry for product and freight terms is precise and timely. Qualifications:
At least 2 years of customer service experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication, interpersonal, and detail oriented skills
