Our client, a global fintech leader with amazing culture, is hiring for a contract Qualitative UX Researcher. This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, CA.

This individual will help enhance their products, programs and partnership with Accountants and Accounting Firms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and moderating qualitative interviews, managing cross-functional partners, and excellent communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations to these cross-functional teams.
Experience working with B2B users would be a huge plus. Contract Duration:
12 Months to Start w/ Benefits (Medical, Dental, 401K, Holidays) Key Responsibilities: Build and manage a community of accountants and team members within all sizes of accounting firms who use Intuit products and programs: Own end-to-end community management, including recruiting and onboarding the right mix of accountants (by firm size, services, and product usage) Establish ongoing feedback loops to gather insights from the community, surface unmet needs, and partner with leadership and internal teams like Product and Marketing to influence product roadmap and go-to-market plans Maintain panel health and engagement, and overseeing operational processes such as incentive management, compliance, scheduling, and data governance Qualitative Research: Utilize qualitative methods to gather deep, meaningful insights to inform design decisions, product improvements, program enhancements, and go-to-market strategy and plans Significant experience in analyzing & synthesizing qualitative inputs at scale and with velocity to deliver actionable insights to improve the user experience and identify pain points and areas for enhancement. Communication and Reporting: Develop clear and concise reports to communicate research findings and insights. Present actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams, product and marketing stakeholders/leadership. Influence product decisions and enhancements through effective communication and collaboration. Required Skills: Proven experience in qualitative research, with a focus on conducting B2B interviews Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to design and conduct qualitative interviews, both remotely and in-person. Ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, particularly with cross-functional teams and senior leadership Ability to inspire change across the organization by leading with authority and motivating action through inspirational leadership Ability to work in an agile environment Preferred Skills: Experience with financial software is a plus. xywuqvp Familiarity with industry-standard user research tools and software. Past coursework in financial accounting, and/or familiarity with accounting principles
