This breakthrough technology delivers active thermal management directly to the silicon level, enabling the next generation of Edge AI and Physical AI devices.

We are seeking a high-energy, proven business development leader to drive adoption of our µCooling solutions. This role is critical in scaling our thermal management business across North America and Europe, targeting high-growth opportunities in consumer electronics and data center infrastructure.

The Role

Reporting to the VP & GM of the Thermal Management BU , you will be responsible for building the market ecosystem for µCooling. You will bridge the gap between disruptive silicon innovation and real-world thermal challenges in smartphones, SSDs, smart glasses, and high-density data center systems like optical transceivers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Market Expansion: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for µCooling, specifically targeting Edge AI and Physical AI applications in North America and Europe.
  • Customer Engagement & Design Wins: Lead technical and business engagements with key customers to secure design wins in mobile, wearable, and data center sectors.
  • Ecosystem & Partnership Leadership: Build strategic alliances with integration and SoC partners to accelerate product adoption and to extend the competitive moat for xMEMS technology.
  • Product Definition: Collaborate with Engineering and Product Marketing to align µCooling roadmaps with evolving thermal requirements for high-performance AI systems.
  • Technical Evangelism: Represent xMEMS at global industry events and on social media, positioning µCooling as the standard for solid-state active cooling.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in the semiconductor industry with at least 5 years in customer-facing business development or strategic marketing.
  • Domain Expertise: A proven track record of launching and scaling hardware products in the consumer electronics or data center markets.
  • Mindset: Ability to thrive in a high-intensity, high-growth startup environment.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally to achieve growth objectives.
