What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Author high-quality, actionable content based on research best practices and methodologies
  • Deliver actionable advice to an executive client audience through various media, particularly virtual engagements
  • Lead research projects requiring coordination of colleagues and resources
  • Create and deliver presentation materials for industry events and client briefings
  • Build credibility as a domain expert to represent research, methodology, and strategy

What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated experience with Agentic AI solutions and advanced GenAI-powered conversational AI in customer service settings
  • Subject matter expertise in customer service and support Agentic AI use cases and implementation
  • 12+ years of relevant function experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural global team

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Agentic AI offerings from vendors such as Salesforce, Genesys, and Microsoft
  • Expertise in managing complex research projects and/or programs
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
