Job Summary This project is to provide DWD a unified front-end development approach across the agency spanning multiple technologies and applications. Only candidates located in Indiana will be considered for this position. Build the structure to ensure responsive design, accessibility and usability of the internal and external applications. Key Responsibilities
Support UI/UX design for existing DWD systems Graphic Design and mockups Support existing custom applications written in a mixture of .NET and other technologies. Proactively approach new technologies, systems, and design patterns. Work with business, other IT teams, and other agencies to define and enhance new solutions. Enhance existing applications within an agile environment. Exhibit a mixture of soft and hard skills necessary for success in this position. Demonstrate good communication skills. Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Experience as a front-end developer Portfolio or GitHub showcasing projects CSS Mockups Agile development methodologies Experience with CSS frameworks (Bootstrap, etc) Mobile-first design principles HTML5, CSS3 Preferred Qualifications
Experience in AI Javascript Dynamics 365 Java Spring Framework Git/GitHub or similar tools
