We’re looking for an Art Director to lead and evolve the visual world of WNRS.
This role is for someone who doesn’t just “make things look good” but a creative explorer who can build upon, enhance our recognizable WNRS aesthetic into each channel that people feel immediately while understanding how design drives action, not just attention.
What You’ll Do
Define and evolve the visual identity of WNRS across all touchpoints
Create mood boards and visual systems that guide campaigns, product, and brand direction
Lead creative direction for photoshoots and content production (casting, styling, set, theme, copy tone)
Establish and refine typography, layout, and design standards
Own design across:
Website (UX/UI direction in collaboration with dev)
Social content
Partner with growth and marketing teams to create work that performs without losing the brand
Translate emotional concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives
Ensure consistency while pushing the brand forward creatively
Concept, design, and iterate high-performing paid social creatives (static, motion, UGC)
Partner with growth to test, learn, and scale ads based on performance data (CTR, CVR)
Optimize website, landing pages, and funnels (PDPs) to improve conversion through strong UX/UI and visual hierarchy
Collaborate cross-functionally to A/B test creative, messaging, and layouts
Balance emotional storytelling with clarity and conversion intent
What We're Looking For
Experience at a design-led, aesthetic-driven brand (fashion, lifestyle, culture, or similar)
Brand systems
Digital execution (web, ads, social)
Deep understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling
Experience directing shoots and working with photographers / creators
Ability to balance taste + performance (brand + conversion)
Someone who can both concept and execute
Experience with DTC CPG wellness, skincare and beauty brands or card / game / experience-based products
Strong familiarity with TikTok / Meta creative ecosystems
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and iteration cycles
Ability to interpret performance metrics and translate them into creative decisions
Understanding of user behavior, friction points, and optimization principles
Motion or video direction experience
