This is a 10‑week hybrid internship (June 2 – August 6 , 2026). You’ll work 4 days in the office and 1 day remotely. Position Art Director Intern – passionate about visual storytelling, creative problem‑solving, and exploring how AI can enhance the creative process. You’ll work alongside talented creatives to develop and execute campaigns across a variety of platforms, including branded content, digital experiences, and 360‑degree advertising campaigns. What You’ll Do Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other creatives to develop visually compelling concepts and campaigns. Explore AI in design, experimenting with tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL‑E, or Stable Diffusion to enhance ideation, generate visual assets, and streamline workflows. Execute campaigns, creating branded content, digital experiences, and integrated campaigns across multiple platforms, with a focus on social. Ensure brand consistency, making sure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and meets client expectations. Stay inspired by researching industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to inspire fresh ideas and innovative approaches. Collaborate and present, participating in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and client presentations to share ideas and bring concepts to life. Learn and grow, gaining hands‑on experience on real client projects and receiving mentorship from industry experts. Detail‑oriented communicator with strong design skills and an eye for detail, ensuring all work is polished and professional. Adaptable and curious, open to learning new tools, technologies, and ways of working. Eligibility Rising undergrad senior, recent graduate, or someone on a non‑traditional path with a track record of delivering impact. 18 or older with U.S. work authorization. Available to work and learn throughout the entirety of the program. A portfolio showcasing clever, impactful creative work across various media channels. Strong design skills and proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Basic knowledge of AI tools such as Adobe Firefly, DALL‑E, Stable Diffusion, or a willingness to learn. Familiarity with social media platform constraints and how they impact digital design. Bonus: experience with video editing, photography, or studio production. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. Compensation The base hourly rate for this position at the time of this posting is $20 – $20 USD.
