Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a UI/UX Designer 4. The work will be done onsite or hybrid depending on the customer’s preference (Chicago, IL or Peoria, IL; currently hybrid but transitioning to full-time onsite). This is a long-term position that can lead to permanent employment with our client. Compensation is up to $77/hour + full benefits (vision, dental, health insurance, 401k, and holiday pay).
Job Summary We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead the design of complex, data-driven digital experiences across enterprise platforms. This role focuses on creating intuitive, scalable, and user-centered solutions for applications involving analytics, monitoring, and workflow optimization. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data to deliver high-quality user experiences. This position requires strong expertise in end-to-end product design, design systems, and usability validation in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities Lead UX/UI design for complex workflows, including dashboards, analytics, onboarding, and reporting experiences
Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
Create high-fidelity UI designs, prototypes, and interaction models using industry best practices
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction and ensure successful delivery
Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability, and accessibility across applications
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
8+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design within enterprise or B2B environments
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience with design systems
Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and interaction design principles
Preferred Qualifications Experience designing data-heavy applications, dashboards, or monitoring platforms
Experience working within large, complex organizations or global product teams
Familiarity with enterprise design systems and scalable UX frameworks
