Job Title: Senior UX Designer
Location: Raleigh, NC (5 Days Onsite)
Salary Range: $75-$80/hr. on W2
Duration: 6-12 Months (FTE after contract)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4 years of experience in the field (may include equivalent education)
- Experience leading projects from inception to delivery
- Excellent ability to communicate ideas and rationales to influence decision-making
- Strong understanding and application of industry and discipline standards
- Excellent time and issue management skills
- Extensive experience creating artifacts and executing ideas
- Ability to give and accept critique, coaching, and feedback
- Proficiency in applicable software applications (Figma) and native iOS and/or Android
- English language fluency
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant domain work experience
- Experience interacting with creative teams, business owners, and technical teams
- Working knowledge of engineering/development processes, particularly Agile
- High comfort level in working within a self-directed culture
- A strong passion for improving people's lives through design
- Lead design activities in cross-functional teams
