The Web Designer / Developer plays a key role in supporting the company’s marketing efforts through high-quality digital and visual design. This position is responsible for developing creative concepts and producing assets across websites, email, and social media. The ideal candidate blends creativity, technical skill, and strategic thinking to deliver designs that align with brand standards and business goals. Responsibilities: Design digital materials including websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media assets. Create engaging, user-centered designs that balance customer needs and business objectives. Communicate and present design concepts to stakeholders for review and buy-in. Translate creative ideas into finished deliverables on schedule. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, project managers, and developers for seamless execution. Support small front-end development projects as needed. Ensure brand consistency across all digital experiences. Develop and maintain brand and digital style guides. Stay current on design and web trends; recommend process improvements. Design print materials as needed and perform other related duties. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred) Minimum five years of recent experience in a web design role Experience with Figma, Adobe Workfront & Pardot Design experience for websites, landing pages, and emails (coding & design for email) Strong visual design and data presentation skills Basic knowledge of WordPress Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects Self-motivated and collaborative with a focus on quality and customer experience A strong Portfolio – with web and email design #J-18808-Ljbffr
