to join their team. As an
Insurance Servicing Specialist , you will be an integral part of the
Business Execution
department supporting
multifamily agency loan compliance . The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Insurance Servicing Specialist
Location: Tysons, VA
What’s the Job?
Review and validate insurance policies and certificates for agency loan compliance.
Monitor insurance renewals to ensure all coverage meets agency guidelines such as Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA requirements.
Collaborate with internal teams, lenders, and external partners to resolve insurance deficiencies efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of insurance documentation and compliance status.
Support low complexity initiatives within Business Execution, providing support and guidance as needed.
What’s Needed?
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.
At least 3 years of mortgage servicing experience, with a focus on multifamily loans.
Experience with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, or FHA multifamily loans is highly preferred.
Background in insurance compliance or insurance risk management (not sales or agency work).
Familiarity with major servicers such as Capital One, Walker & Dunlop, or Greystone, and agency requirements is a strong asset.
