Reports to: Account Department Manager
Primary Duties
Answer inbound calls quickly and efficiently
Answer and assist dealerships and customers in a friendly and courteous manner
Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding any customer issue to ensure customer satisfaction
Process lender and customer cancellations in a timely manner.
Send Supplies to dealerships as requested
Gathers information to aid customer in transferring their contract to a new owner
Provide 3 rd party quotes to dealerships as requested
Process inbound mail
Assists Senior Account Representatives
Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Qualifications
High school diploma or the equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Detailed oriented
Ability to use office equipment and computers
Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required
Effective time management and ability to multi-task
5 years of experience in the field or in related area
Physical Requirements
Work performed in a company onsite setting.
Regularly required to sit, stand bend, reach, and move about facilities.
Perform other duties as required.
