We are looking for a service focused individual to lead our front desk team and lease apartments at one of our apartment communities in Washington, DC.
What the Concierge Leasing staff will be doing:
Handling resident package distribution and amenity reservations.
Assisting residents with concierge duties and monitoring visitors to the building.
Conducting routine property checks.
Assisting management or contractors with department staff supervision, property events and other tasks as needed.
Lease apartments to include handling prospect inquiries promptly (via phone, internet and in-person) and tour prospects effectively to close the sale.
Complete leasing paperwork to include application processing and preparing lease and appropriate addendums.
Finalize move-in preparations which include checking apartment for last minute maintenance needs, keys are working properly, paperwork is complete and monies have been or scheduled to be collected.
Prepare weekly rental activity reports and assist in marketing tasks to include completing comp surveys and leasing/marketing reports and “shopping” competition regularly.
Review and manage leads through Entrata.
Create and participate in apartment video tours as well as additional video content to be used for various forms of property marketing.
What the Concierge Leasing staff will need to succeed:
College degree preferred.
Minimum of two years’ Customer Service-related experience required.
Sales experience preferred.
Basic computer knowledge of Word and Excel, Social Media, (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) required.
Event planning experience preferred.

Pay range: $23 - $25 per hour.
