What We Hope You Will Bring
Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
4-6 years’ direct experience preparing construction drawings
Technical proficiency in all aspects of creating 3D surfaces; road profiles and cross sections; calculating cut/fill volumes; construction plans for grading, drainage, storm water management, erosion and sediment control, water, sewer, utilities; roadway, and related site design; using and manipulating aerial and topographic map files; and, preparing site plans, cross sections and profiles for civil grading and earthwork.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Project, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills

Design Leadership: Lead CADD operations with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D while preparing complex engineering and landscape drawings.
Advanced Technical Production: Demonstrate advanced experience in all aspects of CADD design, preparing engineering and landscape drawings in full conformance with VIKA's CADD and design requirements.
Project Coordination: Lead coordination efforts with VIKA Engineering, Landscape Architecture, and Planning staff and consultants while preparing engineering documents for assigned project development phases.
Construction Excellence: Apply advanced skills in preparing comprehensive construction drawings for grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utilities, roadway, and site design with advanced knowledge of VIKA processes and standards.
