Entry Level Mortgage Loan Opener

Responsibilities

Reception: Answer phones and greet clients with the highest level of customer service

Communicate directly with operations staff and loan officers

Sort and organize mortgage loan documents, adhering to compliance deadlines

Provide administrative support through the loan application process

Review loan package documentation for discrepancies or omissions

Assist in special projects as needed by management

Skills & Experience needed

Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook

Excellent phone manner

Strong attention to detail with a solution‑oriented demeanor

Ability to interact and communicate with clients, business partners, all levels of our organization

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
