
Senior B2B Digital Marketer - Lead Gen & Growth (Hybrid NJ)

We are looking for a Sr. Digital Marketer with B2B marketing and lead generation experience. As a Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing online marketing campaigns to reach new customers, increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. Must have experience with B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns to nurture leads and increase engagement. Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Manage social media accounts and develop engaging content to increase followers and engagement. Collaborate with team to create and implement landing pages, email campaigns, and other digital assets. Work closely with the sales team to create and execute campaigns that generate leads and sales. Analyze and report on campaign performance and make recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. Must have 5+ years of progressive experience as a B2B digital marketer with a software consulting company or a digital marketing agency. US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required. Ability to manager inbound and outbound marketing campaigns for effective lead generation. Must have experience with brand building, email marketing, and PR. Experience with SEO, AEO, and GEO will be a plus. Experience with marketing automation tools. Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Graphic design experience is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively. This is a direct-hire hybrid position requiring to work 3 days each week from our office in Bridgewater, New Jersey. Position offers salary in range of $60,000.00 - $75,000.00, healthcare benefits, and PTO. Position requires authorization to work in the USA. We are unable to sponsor work visas.
