We are seeking a motivated and personable 2nd Shift Service Writer to join our team at our Evansville International Truck dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow within the diesel/truck service industry.
What You’ll Do:
Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
Accurately write and explain repair estimates
Communicate clearly with both customers and service technicians
Coordinate workflow to ensure timely and efficient service
Maintain detailed and organized service records
Qualifications:
Experience preferred, but not required (we are willing to train the right candidate)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Basic computer skills (CDK Dealer Management System experience helpful but not mandatory)
Valid driver’s license required
Must be able to pass a routine background check
