primary focus on
outbound sourcing and candidate generation
for complex construction projects in the Data Center, Semiconductor, and Advanced Manufacturing sectors nationwide.
This position will be a full-time office role based out of our headquarters in Tustin, CA.
Core Responsibilities Outbound Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Proactively identify, engage, and attract high‑quality candidates through outbound sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, industry platforms, employee referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified professionals across key disciplines, including Project Management, Construction Management, Project Controls, Safety Management, Scheduling, Cost Engineering, and Field Engineering.
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche and hard‑to‑fill roles within data center, semiconductor, and advanced manufacturing construction.
Candidate Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct initial outreach, screening calls, and candidate qualification to assess technical skills, project experience, and cultural fit.
Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with passive candidates and industry professionals.
Act as a brand ambassador by clearly communicating the firm's value proposition, culture, and project opportunities.
Recruiting Process Execution
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, project needs, and team dynamics.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned roles, with an emphasis on front‑end sourcing and candidate generation.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact through offer stage.
Market Intelligence & Talent Mapping
Develop deep knowledge of the construction labor market within data centers, semiconductor fabs, and advanced manufacturing facilities.
Track competitor activity, compensation trends, and talent availability to inform recruiting strategies.
Provide insights to leadership on hiring challenges, pipeline health, and time‑to‑fill expectations.
Process Improvement & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of candidate activity, outreach efforts, and pipeline status within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track and report key recruiting metrics, including outreach volume, response rates, and pipeline conversion.
Continuously improve sourcing techniques, messaging, and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Preferred Background & Experience
Experience recruiting in construction, engineering, or project controls environments.
Familiarity with roles supporting large‑scale capital projects, particularly in mission‑critical or high‑tech sectors such as data centers, semiconductor fabs, and advanced manufacturing.
Strong outbound recruiting experience with demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates.
