How you’ll make an impact Drive continuous improvement using ITM (Lean) fundamentals, strengthened through digital enablement. Partner with cross-functional teams to build a continuous improvement and digital mindset across the extended value stream. Lead and facilitate Kaizen events using ITM tools (5S, visual management, daily management, standard work, value stream mapping, TPM, leader standard work). Build and sustain KPI performance visibility through
Power BI
dashboards used in performance reviews. Digitize manual processes with
Power Apps
(or similar low-code tools) for data capture, audits, and workflows. Support ITM assessments, action plans, and process standardization to grow factory-wide maturity. Lead cost-out and productivity projects using Lean methods and data analytics to validate and sustain benefits. Coach leaders and teams on problem-solving, ITM tools, and data-driven decision-making to strengthen engagement and accountability Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your back-ground Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, materials management, quality, and/or process improvement. Demonstrated Kaizen leadership and facilitation skills, with ability to influence across levels and functions. Working knowledge of
Power BI
(data modeling, visualization, and performance management). Experience with
Power Apps
or other low-code platforms to automate workflows and improve data accuracy. Lean training/certification and/or Six Sigma certification preferred; experience with ITM, TPS, DBS, HOS, or similar operating systems is a plus.
