JOB SUMMARY
The Director ofBrand and Socials defines the creative direction, content strategy, and brandidentity for hotel properties and restaurants across digital platforms. Theydrive awareness, engagement, and bookings by overseeing social media,influencer partnerships, and content calendars to ensure a consistent,high-quality brand voice. The idealcandidate is equal parts creative thinker and strategic leader - someone whocan concept, guide, and evaluate ideas through the lens of both cultural impactand performance data. As part of a high-performing team, this leader fosterscollaboration, innovation, and creative excellence while navigating a complexstakeholder environment with confidence and agility. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy& Branding:
Developportfolio and property social media strategies that align with businessgoals. Create, define, and maintain consistent brand identity, voice, andguidelines across all social channels (TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Content& Creative Direction:
Oversee the editorial calendar,content creation, and high-end, on-site photography/videography. Develop a"content machine" that highlights rooms, food & beverage,and events. Performance& Analytics:
Usedata to measure ROI, engagement, and reach, optimizing campaigns to drivebookings. Collaborate with analytics teams to define KPIs. Community& Influencer Management:
Manage community engagement,tone of voice, and influencer partnerships. Trend Management:
Monitor social trends andcultural shifts to ensure the brand remains competitiveServe as a creative andstrategic leader modeling collaboration, curiosity, and excellence in everyinteraction. Mentorand inspire peers, agencies, and emerging talent to strengthen creative craftand strategic thinking across all workstreams. Contributeto a positive, high-performing team culture grounded in trust, shared learning,and innovation. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Experience:
5+ years in socialmedia, preferably within the hospitality industry. Skills:
Strong content creationskills (iPhone proficiency), understanding of platform trends, andexperience with social media management/reporting tools. Leadership:
